SHIPPING

I will ship your new jewelry are quickly as possible. Most of the resin pieces are made to order and will take approximately 5 days for production, although some may be ready to ship immediately.

I ship all items via USPS First-Class Mail, unless we arrange another shipping method. There will be an additional charge for expedited shipping. Please let me know if you need your new pieces by a certain date so I can make every effort to make sure they get to you on time.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

I strive very hard to create jewelry that you will love and cherish, and I will only send you something that I would personally love to wear! 

If, however, you receive your jewelry and you are not satisfied- it does not fit for example, please contact me first and return the piece within 30 days of delivery. Please be aware, you are responsible for return shipping costs. 

I am happy to do exchanges for all jewelry that is returned to me within a 30 day time-frame. I will not charge you any additional shipping costs to send you a replacement piece. 

If the jewelry is returned to me within a 30 day time-frame in its original condition, I will glady do a full refund for you minus the shipping costs. Your shipping costs are not refundable.

What is Argentium Silver?
Argentium is a form of sterling silver , but the copper in sterling is removed and replaced with germanium. This makes Argentium a brighter silver color that is highly tarnish resistant. It is also great for people with metal allergies because of the removal of copper that typically causes irritation.

Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?
I use an eco friendly resin that does seem to seal in any metal flakes from the surface. Most of my clients like to wear my rings as an alternative to a traditional metal ring and have not reported any problems!
